Turn every audit into a client: AI-powered prospect outreach with Orilyt
A new "Send to prospect" button on every client report transforms Orilyt from an audit tool into a full prospecting engine — with AI-written emails, smart templates, and send tracking.
- A new "Send to prospect" button on client reports lets you email audit findings directly to site owners — no copy-pasting, no context switching
- Claude Haiku AI reads the full audit (score, issues, CMS, page weight, site content) and writes a hyper-personalized outreach email in seconds for ~$0.002
- Built-in templates, smart placeholders, and a "My prospects" dashboard turn Orilyt into a complete prospecting tool — not just an audit platform
You run a free audit on a prospect's site. The score is 41/100 — grade D. No SSL, bloated images, missing meta descriptions, outdated WordPress core. You know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. But then what? You open your email client, try to summarize the findings, struggle with the right tone, spend 15 minutes crafting a message — and maybe never send it at all.
This is the gap that kills conversions for freelancers and agencies. The audit is brilliant. The follow-up is painful. You have the evidence, but turning it into a compelling outreach email requires context switching, copywriting skills, and time you do not have when you are prospecting 20 sites a day.
Today we are closing that gap. Orilyt now has a "Send to prospect" button directly on every client report. One click opens a ready-to-send email — either from a smart template, written from scratch by Claude Haiku AI, or composed manually. The email includes the audit score, top issues, and a direct link to the full report. Prospecting just went from 15 minutes per site to 30 seconds.
The "Send to prospect" button — from report to inbox in one click
The button lives on every client report page, right next to the existing "Share link" and "Download PDF" actions. Click it, and a compose panel slides open with three options: use a pre-built template, let AI write a personalized email, or type your own message from scratch.
Every option pre-fills the subject line, includes a visual score block showing the site's grade and overall score, and appends a prominent CTA button linking to the full client report. The prospect sees their score, understands there are problems, and has one click to explore the details. You do not need to explain 56 tests in an email — the report does that for you.
The visual score block adapts to the result: red for critical scores under 55, orange for scores between 55 and 79, green for 80 and above. A restaurant owner seeing a big red "D — 41/100" in their inbox will open that report link. It is designed to create urgency without being pushy.
AI-generated emails — Claude reads the audit, writes the pitch
This is where things get interesting. When you choose the AI option, Claude Haiku receives the full audit context: the overall score, the grade, every failed test with its category, the detected CMS and version, page weight, load time, SSL status — and crucially, the site's own content: its title tag, meta description, and visible page headings.
The AI does not write a generic "your site has issues" email. It writes something specific to that exact site. For a restaurant website scoring 41/D with no SSL certificate, it might mention "your menu photos take 8 seconds to load on mobile" and "browsers show a Not Secure warning to diners checking your opening hours." For an e-commerce store with SEO gaps, it focuses on "your product pages are invisible to Google because meta descriptions are missing on 23 pages."
The email is professional, concise, and actionable. It opens with a specific observation about their site, presents 2-3 key findings in plain language, and closes with the CTA to view the full report. No jargon, no scare tactics — just a knowledgeable professional pointing out things the site owner probably did not know about.
And the cost? Claude Haiku processes each email for approximately $0.002 — two tenths of a cent. You could generate 500 personalized outreach emails for $1. At those economics, there is no reason to send a generic template ever again.
Smart templates — three scenarios, four languages, instant customization
Not every outreach needs AI. Sometimes you want a proven structure that you can fire off quickly. Orilyt ships with three built-in templates covering the most common prospecting scenarios:
Discovery template — a friendly first contact that presents the audit as a free health check. Best for cold outreach when you have no prior relationship. The tone is helpful, not salesy: "I ran a quick check on your site and found a few things you might want to know about."
Security urgency template — designed for sites with critical security findings: missing SSL, exposed WordPress version, vulnerable plugins, or directory listing enabled. The tone is more direct: "I noticed your site has a security issue that could put your visitors' data at risk."
SEO opportunity template — for sites with decent security but significant SEO gaps: missing meta descriptions, no sitemap, broken canonical URLs, missing Open Graph tags. The angle is growth-oriented: "Your site is technically solid, but it is leaving search traffic on the table."
All templates are available in English, French, Spanish, and German. They use smart placeholders that auto-fill from the audit data:
- {{score}} — the overall audit score (e.g., 41)
- {{grade}} — the letter grade (e.g., D)
- {{top_issues}} — a bulleted list of the 3 most critical failed tests
- {{cms}} — the detected CMS and version (e.g., WordPress 6.4.2)
- {{site_domain}} — the site's domain name (e.g., restaurant-paris.fr)
- {{page_weight}} — total page weight in MB (e.g., 4.2 MB)
- {{ssl_status}} — SSL certificate status (valid, expired, or missing)
"My prospects" — a dashboard for every send
Every email you send through Orilyt is logged in a new "My prospects" section on your dashboard. You see the recipient, the site URL, the audit score at the time of sending, the template or method used (AI, template, or manual), and the date. It is a lightweight CRM built into your audit workflow.
This is not just record-keeping. It prevents duplicate outreach — Orilyt warns you if you have already contacted a domain. It lets you follow up with context: "I sent them the discovery email 2 weeks ago when their score was 41. Let me re-audit and send a follow-up showing what changed — or what did not." Persistent prospecting with data beats random cold emails every time.
The prospect history stays tied to your account, so you build a database of every site you have ever audited and contacted. Over months, this becomes a valuable asset — a prospecting pipeline with audit data attached to every lead.
Quotas by plan — scaled for every workflow
Prospect outreach is included in every paid plan with monthly send limits that scale with your needs:
Solo plan (€15/month): 20 prospect emails per month. Perfect for freelancers doing targeted outreach to a handful of high-value prospects each week.
Pro plan (€49/month): 80 prospect emails per month. Built for active prospectors who audit and contact multiple sites daily.
Agency plan (€149/month): 300 prospect emails per month. Designed for agencies with dedicated prospecting workflows.
AI-generated emails and template emails count equally toward the quota. Manual compose also counts — the limit is on sends, not on the method. Unused sends do not roll over.
The complete workflow — from URL to client in 60 seconds
Here is what prospecting looks like with Orilyt now:
- Enter a prospect's URL and run the audit (free or with credits)
- Review the client report — the score, the failed tests, the recommendations
- Click "Send to prospect" and choose your method: AI, template, or manual
- Review the email (edit if needed), enter the recipient, and send
- The prospect receives a professional email with their score and a link to the full report
- Track all sends in your "My prospects" dashboard — follow up with context
Total time from URL to sent email: about 60 seconds with AI, about 30 seconds with a template. Compare that to the old workflow: audit the site, open your email client, try to remember what was wrong, write something generic, forget to include a link to the report, and wonder a week later if you ever sent it. The difference is not incremental — it is transformational.
Orilyt is now your prospecting engine
When we built Orilyt, it was an audit tool. Then it became a monitoring platform. Then a client reporting system. Now, with prospect outreach, it completes the loop: find problems, package them professionally, and deliver them to the people who need to hear about them — all from one dashboard.
For freelancers, this means every audit is a potential client conversation. No more brilliant reports that sit in your dashboard unseen. No more "I should email that prospect" tasks that never happen. The Send button is right there, the AI writes a better email than you would in 15 minutes, and your prospect history keeps you accountable.
Run a free audit right now. Look at the score. Then click "Send to prospect" and watch AI turn those findings into a message that gets replies. That is the Orilyt workflow: audit, impress, convert.
