Orilyt evolves: automatic quotes, monthly reports, new documentation and full redesign
Over the past few days, Orilyt has changed its look — and its content. Here is what is new, what has changed, and why.
- Automatic quotes turn every failed test into a billable line item — from diagnosis to quote in under 4 minutes
- Automatic monthly reports maintain the client relationship effortlessly — sent on the 1st of each month with your white-label
- Multi-CMS support: 56 universal tests + 9 WordPress-specific tests, on any site accessible via HTTP
Why this update
Orilyt exists to solve a concrete problem: agencies and freelancers lose projects because their clients do not understand why they should pay for something they cannot see. A slow site, missing security headers, a non-compliant cookie banner — none of that exists in the mind of a non-technical decision-maker. Until you show them.
The automatic audit addressed the first part of this problem: making the diagnosis visible. This update addresses the second: turning that diagnosis into a commercial action.
Automatic quotes — available from Solo
This is the most directly useful feature for freelancers and agencies in pre-sales.
From any report, a single click on "Generate a quote" is all it takes. Every failed test automatically becomes a service line item — with a label understandable by a decision-maker, a unit (flat rate), and a price you enter or adjust.
The translation logic is systematic: no technical acronym appears in the client document. "TTFB above 800 ms" becomes "Reducing load time — visitors no longer wait". "Missing CSP and HSTS headers" becomes "Strengthening security — the browser rejects insecure connections".
The quote automatically includes the mandatory legal mentions required in France: sequential number, SIRET, VAT, payment terms and late payment penalties compliant with the law. You configure your details once in Account → White-label, and they apply to all generated quotes.
From URL to quote ready to send: under 4 minutes.
Available from the Solo plan at €39/month.
Automatic monthly report — available on Pro
The quote handles the moment of sale. The monthly report handles the moment of retention.
On the 1st of every month, Orilyt automatically generates and sends a report to the email address of your choice — your client's address. The report contains the overall score evolution over the month, the breakdown by category, resolved alerts, an AI-generated business-language summary, and priority recommendations for the following month.
Your client sees what you do. Without you having to write a single thing.
If critical issues persist at the end of the month, the report automatically includes a call to action toward a remediation quote. The loop is closed.
The report is sent with your white-label — your logo, your colors, your contact details. Your clients never see the Orilyt brand.
Available from the Pro plan at €89/month.
A new pricing structure
Plans have been simplified and reprioritized around two distinct questions:
- How do I sign a project? → Solo plan
- How do I justify my maintenance contract? → Pro plan
The current pricing:
The Business plan has been removed. The Agency plan has been repositioned for agencies with 20+ active clients.
Complete documentation
The documentation has been completely rewritten. It now covers every feature in the logical order of the user journey: run an audit → read the report → share → generate a quote → configure the monthly report → use the API.
Each section includes concrete examples, copyable code blocks, and alerts for important configuration points.
Multi-CMS support
Orilyt now audits any website, regardless of the CMS: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Drupal, Joomla, PrestaShop, Magento, Squarespace, Ghost, Duda, custom sites. The 56 tests apply to any site accessible via HTTP. The 9 WordPress-specific tests trigger only when WordPress is detected.
What comes next
Orilyt remains deliberately a 100% external tool. No plugin, no admin access, no installation at the client's. This is a positioning choice: the tool is designed to work even before the maintenance contract is signed — from a URL, in two minutes, without asking anyone for anything.
Future development focuses on a single axis: strengthening the pre-sales → closing → retention cycle for web agencies and freelancers. More supported CMS, more tests, better customization of reports and quotes.
The goal remains the same: a service provider can enter a prospect's URL in the morning, send them a client report at noon, and have a signed quote by evening.
